Project Details
ADNOC Sour Gas Integrity Assurance assessed, identified and approved the use of Denso™ Hotline Tape, Denso™ Glass Outerwrap and the Archco 65™ Topcoat System for the protection of their 16” and 24” diameter pipes at the soil air interface (SAI), based on the successful technical evaluation of a live trial applied to a FBE coated pipe operating at 90°C in October 2017.
In December 2018, fourteen 2 metre (length) SAI pipe sections were successfully completed at the Shah Gas Field. ADNOC Sour Gas are one of ADNOC’s gas producers and a market leader in sour gas field development, as well as a major international sulphur producer. They produce one billion standard cubic feet of gas per day.
