PROJECT DETAILS
The Denso Steelcoat 500™ system is a rubber bitumen/acrylic tape system for the protection of above ground pipe lengths.
This system was designed as the long term corrosion prevention solution for a 900mm Ø exposed pipeline.
Denso Steelcoat 500™ system comprises of a deep penetrating primer (Denso Primer D™) and a tough acrylic backing laminated to a thick rubber bitumen adhesive compound (Denso™ Acrylic Tape). The tape
can be applied by hand or machine wrapping to pipe lengths.
The Denso™ Acrylic Top coat is applied over the Acrylic Tape which completes the Denso Steelcoat 500™ system.
